Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center is located in the heart of Tysons, Virginia. Opened in 2015, our contemporary style hotel features over 15,000 square feet of magnificent event space to fit any size wedding ceremony or reception. Designed entirely from the idea of "high fashion," Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center is connected to one of the most fashion-forward shopping centers in the United States, Tysons Corner Center Mall.

Carefully designed, the interior elements and architecural choices tie back to the world of fashion, paying special attention to the mixture of masculine and feminine. Venues

We offer the modern elegance, combined with authentic hospitality. Our reception venues offer gorgeous views and stunning spaces for every couple to enjoy. Ceremony fees start at $1,500.

Regency Ballroom

The 7,000-square-foot ballroom is chic and breathtaking. Its dramatic twenty-one foot ceilings are the tallest in Northern Virginia. No matter your theme, the Regency Ballroom is the perfect wedding venue for upwards of 350 guests.

Peach Grove

With amazing Tysons Corner Center Plaza views, The Peach Grove room is an incredible indoor venue. This modern space features 17-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows that provide tremendous natural light and beautiful urban views from your private outdoor terrace for 70 guests.

Fourth Floor Terraced Rooms

For a more intimate wedding, the Fourth Floor rooms are bathed in natural lighting with floor to ceiling 12' windows and contemporary lighting. These rooms play up its modern flair, featuring an outdoor terrace that overlooks the elevated plaza and Tysons Corner Center.

Dinner Service

Buffet casual & efficient, a great way to offer variety from regionally inspired cuisine to customized selections.

Plated guest are seated and served a three course classic & elegant meal. This style of service allows you to plan your wedding menu with confidence, giving you the opportunity to choose each course in advance.
Personal Preference allows your guests to personalize their dining experience at your wedding. They will be treated to an elegant four course meal with their choice of four different entrees.

Outside catering is allowed for cultural preferences, please ask your wedding specialist for more information.

Confirmation of Space and Deposits

An initial non-refundable deposit of twenty percent (20%) of estimated charges is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract. The estimated final charges are due ten (10) days prior to the event.

Guarantee

A final guarantee is due by 11:00am three bsuiness days prior to your event. Once received, this number may not be reduced. We will be prepared to serve 3% over the final guaranteed number. If you are opting to select more than one entree than a final guarantee with counts for each entree is due by 11am ten (10) business days prior to the wedding date.

Menus

We welcome the opportunity to create menus especially for you. Please ask your Wedding Specialist.

Guest Accommodations

A room block may be setup for guests attending your event at the Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner. Check in time is 4:00pm, and check out time is 11:00am. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, a minimum of ten guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.

Decor Upgrades

We have napkins and table linens in white or black, complimentary. Specialty fabrics, linens, chair covers and up lighting are available upon request at an additional charge.

Vendors

We would recommend using a vendor from the hotels preferred vendor list. We request all vendors to deliver flowers, cakes, AV, etc. no sooner than two hours prior to your scheduled event. All items must be removed immediately following the event. All vendors must supply their own equipment for set up and tear down. Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner is unable to loan guests or vendors equipment or ladders.

Welcome Packets and Gift Bags

The following prices apply to any gifts delivered to your guests' guestrooms.One Generic Item for delivery after check in $4.00. One Personalized Item delivered after check in $5.00.

Wedding Coordination

A professional wedding coordinator is highly recommended to assist you and your guests with the wedding rehearsal, ceremony, reception and timing throughout your day.

After your guests have kicked off their shoes and have been dancing up a storm, providing an extra snack can keep the party going late into the evening.

Food Truck
